DASH Acres Boer Goats was formed in 2004 when the eldest Armstrong daughter (Shelby) brought home 2 market wethers for her FFA project. The entire family fell in love with the goats and by the end of the summer, four brood does now had a home at DASH Acres. Since then, the farm has grown into a herd of about twenty brood does, with the goal of producing high quality livestock that excel in the show ring and in production. Currently, Shelby is certified as a ABGA judge. Alyse (the youngest Armstrong daughter) has served two terms on the JABGA Board of Directors and one term as the National Treasurer.
