DASH Acres Boer Goats was formed in 2004 when the eldest Armstrong daughter (Shelby) brought home 2 market wethers for her FFA project. The entire family fell in love with the goats and by the end of the summer, four brood does now had a home at DASH Acres. Since then, the farm has grown into a herd of about twenty brood does, with the goal of producing how quality livestock that excel in the show ring as well as in the pasture. Currently, Shelby is certified as a ABGA judge and Alyse (the youngest Armstrong daughter) is serving her second term as a JABGA board member. Recently, Alyse was elected to the post of treasurer.
